- It is the customer's responsibility to provide clear instructions for delivery.
2.2. Collection Terms
- Skips must be ready for collection by the agreed-upon date.
- Overdue skips may incur additional charges.
- Customers must remove all unwanted items before collection.
3. Payment and Fees
Payment for skip hire services must be made in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.
3.1. Pricing Structure
- Prices are based on skip size, rental duration, and type of waste.
- Additional fees may apply for expedited delivery or extended rental periods.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Late Payment

4. Use of Skips
Customers are responsible for the appropriate use of the hired skip. The following items are prohibited:

Improper disposal of prohibited items may result in fines and legal consequences.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1. Insurance

7. Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery without incurring fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.

Customers may reschedule their booking subject to availability. Additional fees may apply depending on the new delivery date.
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate services if a customer breaches these terms and conditions. Termination may result in the forfeiture of any payments made.
